Wer hat dieses Prinzip entdeckt und wie konnte diese bew\u00e4hrte Technik in den letzten Jahren noch weiter optimiert werden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl Venturi- Kondensatableiter erst in den 1990er Jahren auf den Markt kamen, ist das Prinzip, auf dem sie beruhen, schon lange bekannt. Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts entdeckte der italienische Physiker und Wissenschaftler Giovanni Battista Venturi das Ph\u00e4nomen, das sp\u00e4ter seinen Namen tragen sollte. Der Venturi-Effekt tritt auf, wenn eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit durch ein Rohr flie\u00dft, das sich in bestimmten Abschnitten verengt. In diesem Fall erh\u00f6ht sich die Flie\u00dfgeschwindigkeit der Fl\u00fcssigkeit, aber der Druck sinkt. Mit dieser Entdeckung legte Venturi den Grundstein f\u00fcr zahlreiche Entwicklungen auf dem Gebiet der Str\u00f6mungsmechanik. Das Verst\u00e4ndnis des Venturi-Effekts hat den Ingenieuren seitdem geholfen, Systeme zu entwickeln, die den Fluss von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten in verschiedenen Anwendungen \u2013 von industriellen Prozessen bis hin zu medizinischen Ger\u00e4ten \u2013 effizient steuern. 200 Jahre nach seiner Entdeckung legte das Prinzip auch den Grundstein f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Venturid\u00fcsen-Kondensatableitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Magie der Venturid\u00fcsen-Kondensatableiter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1995 wurde der erste Venturid\u00fcsen-Kondensatableiter in Bristol, Gro\u00dfbritannien, patentiert. Diese Erfindung war ein wichtiger Meilenstein, da sie eine effiziente Alternative zu anf\u00e4lligen mechanischen Kondensatableitern darstellte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nigel Egginton, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von EBE Engineering, der als Marketingleiter f\u00fcr das Unternehmen t\u00e4tig war und sich mit Marketing und Vertrieb befasste, war sofort von der Technologie begeistert. \"Im Maschinenbau ist weniger mehr. Deshalb bin ich immer noch fasziniert von der Einfachheit des Designs\u201c, sagt Nigel Egginton und f\u00fcgt hinzu: \u201eEine Technologie, die ohne bewegliche Teile auskommt und einfach die physikalischen Eigenschaften von Dampf und Kondensat nutzt, um eine mechanische Vorrichtung zu ersetzen, ist einfach beeindruckend.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Venturid\u00fcsen-Kondensatableiter nutzen die <a href=\"https:\/\/ecozweiflow.de\/de\/how-it-works-venturi-orifice\/\">unterschiedlichen Dichten von Dampf und Kondensat<\/a>. Da Dampf eine geringere Dichte als Wasser hat, kann er nicht durch eine mit Kondensat gef\u00fcllte Blende flie\u00dfen. Auf diese Weise kann das Kondensat effizient abgeschieden und aus einem Heizungssystem abgeleitet werden, ohne dass Dampf entweicht. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Dichteunterschieden kommen im Venturi-Teil des Kondensatableiters auch die thermodynamischen Eigenschaften der Energieerhaltung zum Tragen. Jedes Kondensat hat eine Restenergie oder Enthalpie. Diese Restenergie f\u00fchrt dazu, dass sich ein kleiner Prozentsatz des Kondensats wieder in Dampf verwandelt, den so genannten Entspannungsdampf. Die daraus resultierende Ausdehnung des Kondensats erzeugt einen Gegendruck, der die Geschwindigkeit, mit der das Kondensat durch die \u00d6ffnung flie\u00dft, verringert. Dadurch entsteht eine \u201efl\u00fcssige\u201c Dichtung zwischen der Dampfseite und der Kondensatseite des Kondensatableiters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marktorientierte Weiterentwicklung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit ihrer Patentierung hat die Technologie der Venturi-Membran-Kondensatableiter erhebliche Fortschritte und Anpassungen erfahren. Mehrere Unternehmen haben zu ihrer Entwicklung beigetragen, aber EBE Engineering zeichnet sich durch einen besonders innovativen Ansatz aus. \u201eNachdem mein fr\u00fcherer Arbeitgeber von einem kanadischen Unternehmen \u00fcbernommen worden war, wurde ich entlassen. Aber ich war immer noch davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Venturi-D\u00fcsentechnologie unschlagbar war, und so beschloss ich, mein eigenes Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden\u201c, erinnert sich Nigel Egginton. \u201eDie bestehenden Produkte waren nicht auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der industriellen Endverbraucher zugeschnitten.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So entstand der <a href=\"https:\/\/ecozweiflow.de\/de\/venturi-orifice-steam-trap\/\">ECOFLOW Venturid\u00fcsen-Kondensatableiter<\/a>, der 2017 zum ersten Mal auf den Markt kam. Er ist der erste Venturi-Membran-Kondensatableiter der Welt, der komplett in einem einzigen Geh\u00e4use gegossen ist. Der Vorteil dieser Konstruktion ist ein doppelter: Mit einem komplett gegossenen Geh\u00e4use, einschlie\u00dflich Flanschen, gibt es keine Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte, und da die Venturi-Sektoren direkt in das Geh\u00e4use eingebettet sind, kann ein breiteres Spektrum an Durchflussraten bew\u00e4ltigt werden. Der Eckpfeiler der Konstruktion ist jedoch das modulare Konzept der Venturid\u00fcseneins\u00e4tze. EBE Engineering ist der einzige Hersteller, der in der Lage ist, eine Reihe von herausnehmbaren Eins\u00e4tzen anzubieten, die Dampfdurchs\u00e4tze von einigen Kilogramm bis zu mehreren Tonnen in ein und demselben Geh\u00e4use abdecken. Zusammen mit den standardisierten Anschlussgr\u00f6\u00dfen profitieren die Kunden somit von einer wesentlich h\u00f6heren Flexibilit\u00e4t. Mit weiteren Konstruktionsmerkmalen ist es EBE Engineering zudem gelungen, die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des ECOFLOW-Kondensatableiters \u00fcber eine lange Lebensdauer zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zum einen ist der obere Hohlraum bzw. die Kammer des ECOFLOW-Kondensatableiters mit voll gekapselten Graphitdichtungen ausgestattet, die eine hervorragende Haltbarkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zweitens \u00fcbt die Konstruktion mit vier Stellschrauben einen linearen Druck aus und eliminiert so Torsionskr\u00e4fte auf die Dichtung. Dies erh\u00f6ht die Langlebigkeit und Leistung des Kondensatableiters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dank dieser Anpassungen gibt es in Dampfanlagen mit ECOFLOW Venturi-Membran-Kondensatableitern keine defekten Ableiter mehr und die Ausfallzeiten werden auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die Ableiter verbessern au\u00dferdem die Effizienz und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragungssystems und senken die Dampfkosten erheblich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fortschritte in der Venturid\u00fcsen-Technologie, insbesondere in Bezug auf Design und Funktionalit\u00e4t, haben die Effizienz und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit von Dampfsystemen erheblich verbessert.
